The place gives you the choice to either self order, or do it the old way (see the pics). Also, the menue items can be customized to your liking and that is great. I had Fava bean patties - large - hot, and it tasted really good (a bit spicy). Moreover, we were a group of 5, and none of us had any comments on the menue items. The place was nice and spacious, and the music was great. Finally, I would like to thank the store manager and the entire team for warmly welcoming us, and providing a 5 star experience 👍. What to improve: When the order is ready a guy at the back will say your name, but with all the noise happening, you can barely hear him. Therefore, to evade this, I suggest if these announcements could be shown on the main screens (many are in the store)

I ordered ahead and the sandwich was ready at the requested time. The service was friendly. However, I got the "wicked" and the picture online shows layers and layers of toppings. As you can see from my picture my sandwich hardly had any layers. For a nearly $10 sandwich I would have expected more. Flavor was good but not worth the money.

Which Wich will you choose? There is so much variety to choose from and all taste good. The bread is fresh and tasty as well as the toppings. Way better than Subway. Very unique and not like any other sandwich shops. I recommend every one stopping by!

Great place to eat, love how they have the ability to choose from the “Faves” or build your own sandwich however you want. Great friendly staff that welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. I haven't had which wich for 4+ years since all their locations shut down in Michigan. When I saw one in Kentucky I was ecstatic and walked three blocks just to eat there at 11 am. It does not have a lot of seating but the food was as good as I remember. The cheese inside the sandwich wasn't warm (even though I asked for it to be hot) and even cold in a few places but I didn't mind.
