We noticed this restaurant as they were preparing to open hoping. That the food is prepared similarly to that what we grew up eating in Arizona. We have lived hear 6.6 years and have yet found the Sonoran style until eaten today. My wife picked up a chicken burrow . I ordered the chicken street tacos no onion extra radishes, x2 with a small side of cheese dip. I was served a complimentary order of chips and salsa. Food was cooked quickly, to order. It was a delight to find "taco truck" (in a good way) kind of food, at the new restaurant in a small town in Davidson county. Taqueria Asadero is an absolute gem! We ordered the quesabirrias, birria tacos, Mexicano guacamole, and queso fundido, and every dish was incredible. The guacamole was the best I've ever had – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos were authentic and hands down the best we've ever had.
