Triangle Fitness of Welcome — Local services in Lexington

It is a nice gym, not to cramped. My only problem is with managment. Answering a phone call is an unheard action with triangle fitness. For three weeks now I have been calling and leaving messages trying to get my account information changed to reflect my new bank info. Since the second week in April I have been trying. AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT A CALL BACK, LET ALONE MY PHONE CALL PICKED UP.

You'd think that 60 or so a month would be something they would want coming in every month , but hell. .. guess not!

Staff is incredibly nice and polite. The gym itself is very clean. There is a good variety of machines and free weights as well as cardio equipment. The young ladies doing the childcare are some of the nicest and kindest people to my babies (which let's face it, at their ages, they can be a handful). The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. Perfect small town gym. Love that i don't have to travel far. Always clean, and always welcoming.

Update 3 years later : still have been going to this gym on and off. I tried Planet Fitness but NEVER went. Switched back here and I am upset with myself if I don't come 3-5 times a week. Can't wait to purchase my...
