Last evening we decided to try your restaurant. We were 3 adults and 2 2 year old children. We were seated at 5:50. We placed our order ,calamari, a child's pizza and a margarita pizza and 3 drinks. Our server appeared to be frazzled but heck, dealing with the public is no easy task. She brought us our drinks , to return 15 minutes later to take an order she already took. This indicated that she didn't put the order in. Our calamari did come out soon after. Watching her, she was attending to those around the bar , never to check in on what was going on with our order. Tables around us who got seated well after us got served. I finally caught her attention and she said it would soon be out. This was now 7:00. My grandchildren ate 2 pieces of bread and by this time they had it and to be honest so did we . We got up and told them we would take the pie, if done, to go. The Margarita came out and it was beyond charred and burnt. No way was I paying for that and the kids pizza was NOWHERE to be seen. The hostess had an excuse that there were 80 pies ordered and another server took the children's pizza. Having been a restaurant owner ,I was beyond annoyed at theat excuse. I said I would pay for the calamari and 3 drinks. I wanted nothing for free. The bill was $26. I paid it willingly but really. We looked forward to a positive experience at your establishment to be sadly disappointed! The lack of communication by your staff, no manager present to address this issue was...

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I just moved here from NJ and have been looking all over for good Italian. Well, this far exceeded our expectations! Upon entering on a busy Friday night we were greeted by several different staff members. I loved that bc they all took time to let us know they saw us & were coming to get us seated. We met the owner, Brian, who was out on the floor as well as his wife making sure all of their guests were well taken care of. Brian was pleasant & welcoming & got us seated over at the bar area. Our server was Nicole & she was awesome! She was so friendly & attentive during our entire meal. The salads were excellent! Super fresh & the house made balsamic is a must!! The dinner rolls were so good! They melt in your mouth. My husband ordered the chicken parm. It was a huge plate & the sauce & chicken were cooked perfectly. I ordered the cheese tortellini Alfredo and added broccoli and it was out of this world! The sauce was unbelievable, easily one of the best alfredos ive tried. It was so cheesy & creamy & I loved how they even put it under the broiler to get the top nice and baked. We also tried gelato...get the hazelnut crunch! You will not be disappointed! We will be back...
Read moreIts a shame there are only 5 stars because 5 does not do this place justice. The food is as authentic as you could dream of. The lasagna, oh Madonna Mia, the lasagna was unreal. It was constructed using Brian's Grandmother's recipe and you could absolutely tell. True Italians will know about the long cooked basil and we found one of those gems in our dish. Thats how you know they cook with their hearts. The pizza is out of this world BUT...the Cannoli and the Tiramisu completely blew me away. I am born and raised NJ and these two were the best desserts I have ever had. Brian also makes homemade zeps which we will try next. Time. Oh and last thing was the price. 3 appetizers a pizza, lasagna dinner, big ol sausage parm (10/10) 2 desserts and 3 drinks, $120 and change. I would have paid double that for the amazing service that Caroline gave us. She was amazing. Brian was always around talking to his customers, making sure we were good, and making the place feel like home. What an amazing experience. Please tell everyone. Flood this place. It's legit!!!! This will be our go to spot. Only thing I can recommend is a nap room to allow us to sleep off the food comas. Congratulations Brian. You have something...
