Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Liberal

This is the absolute worst little Caesar’s I have ever been to! The pizza is never fresh always burnt and they act as if it’s a problem to change your order out for food you can actually eat. I’m not basing this off one trip I’ve lived here for almost a year and have been to this location multiple times and it’s always the same. It’s honestly a shame cuz when cooked right the Hot and Ready is actually pretty good. I would be embarrassed to have to serve someone food of this quality. UPDATE: To make this situation completely hopeless I spoke with the manager personally face to face about the quality of the food at this particular location. I was told there’s nothing they can do because the state food inspectors told them if they don’t cook it that way ( burnt & dry) then they will penalize them for serving raw uncooked food!! If you love a "can't do" attitude and overall lack of self worth, this is the location for you. Let's start from the beginning, the register was open the whole time I ordered. Rebecca, the manager goes out of her way to treat each and every customer as if they were family. She doesn't know a stranger and makes them all feel welcome when they all in or use the pick up window. Her staff is following in her footsteps of learning how important her customers are to the business. Youngest to the not so young.
