Avoid this place — complete waste of money.
I bought two parts here for my washing machine. They were brand new, not damaged or used — they just didn’t fix the issue. I came back with the full receipt hoping to return them, but they told me “no returns.” Honestly ridiculous.
To make it worse, I paid $82 for something that costs under $60 on Amazon. And even that would’ve been fine if they had accepted a return, but nope — stuck with two useless parts now.
And here’s the real kicker: one part was in a sealed bag, but the other was already in an open box. When I called about returning them, she told me they don’t take anything back once it’s opened — but they literally sold me an open box part in the first place. Who knows if it was even new? Could’ve been returned by someone else already.
When I explained the issue, the woman told me, “Most people come in and know what they’re looking for.” Like seriously? I do know what I’m looking for — but mechanical issues aren’t always straightforward. You don’t always know what’s wrong until you test it. I’m out here trying to fix the machine myself, while she sits behind a desk acting like it’s that simple.
Bottom line: overpriced parts, no refunds, and zero customer support. I thought I was doing the right thing by buying local, but this was a mistake I won’t make again. Don’t waste...

When my daughter arrived to pick the part up, he said I said nothing about that part. I called and spoke to the manager, and he hung up on me after i confronted him about what he said.
