Havenāt been here but one other time. I figured I should give it another shot. Tonight I placed my order online, earliest pick up was an hour away. I called the store and asked if they could pull the order up to an earlier time. They accommodated and said it would be ready in 20. Great!
When I arrived, there was a frantic 5 minutes where nobody had an order for me. As things got more awkward, someone came and let me know that my order went out the door to someone else. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting it had not returned, so I asked them to remake it. Shortly after a very tired man arrived with my order to exchange it with his. While there was an apology, this was clearly pretty far out of the way for him (Richard was his name but his wife ordered).
As for me, ended up getting the order pretty close to the original pick up time, but stood waiting in the store for over 30 minutes. I donāt know what āmaking it rightā is, but left frustrated for me and the other man involved. No sauce is included and very very little cheese -- you could see pizza crust without cheese or toppings exposed on top. What happened? Well, we tried the third and last time today 04/04/2025 and again it was a fail. I explained the previous two bad experiences and guy on phone said they were having problems with new hires but said he would personally make sure order was done right. Got pizzas home and they did add more cheese this time but still no sauce at all. And we ordered liter of regular pepsi and got diet pepsi instead (in a plastic bag that I failed to check, oh well) -- poured it all down the drain. Three strikes now and we won't make this mistake again. So sad as it used to be the best pizza within 10 miles for over two years --...
