Had a 1/2hour wait for four simple drinks. One was literally a Redbull plus syrup, not all that difficult to prepare. WUC's prices are pretty steep for service this bad. Three crew members on staff. Two were working, one was standing around doing inventory or something during a rush while drive through was 5 cars deep and growing (behind us). Ordered a 24oz redbull drink, got 80%ice/20% product. Even then, they didn't top the cup up. Asked nicely, then they did. For the price, I should've asked them to do it over. Just, it took so long in the first place....Other drinks were okay, yet I still don't understand how coffee, flavoring, and milk needs to cost $5 for a 12oz. That's a coffee cartel for you. Cashier fumbled for a while with two gift cards plus cash we presented despite being more than enough to cover the cost of the four drinks. Wasn't trained on the system I guess? Despite being patient with him, he still proceeded to complain to me about how he hated the gift card system. Considering how inefficient it was, I could hardly blame him, but I'm not the guy to discuss that with. Like a good little soldier, as commanded by the ridiculous sign, I was polite and cheery. They were teens after all. However, what can keep customers happy/not cranky with you is better pricing or better training for your staff, speedier service, and product that matches the price point. That way you don't need to spend more money on silly signs. Wake Up Call just disappoints. At around $5 per small sized (12oz) drink, I'd hope they can do better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and I have been going to wake up call as regulars for several months now after the darn company converted us from Starbucks š. Why does the coffee, burritos, cake pops gotta be so good. My only two thoughts are. Adding a mobile order service but instead of waiting in the drive thru they can park and walk up to a window to grab it and leave. The 2nd, please make it so other items count towards points. I buy other things besides coffee thanks to the recommendations of your staff. Every staff member at Wake Up Call in Liberty Lake is friendly and professional. A couple of my favorites hands down is Sydney and Summer. They both remember myself or my wife and call us by name. They also remember our drinks and if we are not having the normal drink, it makes for good conversation on why we want to try something different. Please promote these two young ladies, they deserve it with the customer service skills they bring to the table. I will continue to goto Wake Up Call Liberty Lake as long as we are remembered as it feels great to be a regular. Also as a disabled veteran your military discount is excellent. It would have been nice to know that though from the beginning as we would have saved A LOT more money and come through more often. Thank you Wake...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to this wake up call today and experienced the worst experience I have by far of anytime Iāve been to wake up call. Ordered what I usually do and they gave me the wrong food (an English muffin breakfast sandwich) and when I brought it to their attention, they said āhe meant the burritoā no⦠I SAID the burrito you gave me a sandwich I did not misspeak/order incorrectly. They have a history of our orders tied to our phone numbers.. never once have I ordered an English muffin sandwich. The employees proceeded to laugh about it while standing at the window with it open so I could hear their exchange. Got home, tasted my coffee and it was also made incorrectly. Customer service at its finest - when the employees makes a mistake, the customer is the...
