Bangkok Thai — Restaurant in Liberty Lake

We got there at 5:20ish and were seated right away, but we did not see our food until 6:30ish. I mean that is crazy! I actually didn't see any food come out except a couple of apps. I felt like I was taking crazy pills. It was horrible. Our waitress was really good and nice, the food thing wasn't her fault. But the family next to us told us the issue probably stemmed from them having a ton of take out orders during the time we were there...so that's where all the food was going. I think that's completely unacceptable. To make in house customers wait over an hour for food because of take out orders. And my curry was good, but I ordered a 1 (the most mild) which I always do with other curries and have no issues. But this one was super hot! You could see all the pepper flakes or paste floating in it. I guess there is just no actual mild option for curry there. And, there were no roasted peanuts in my curry either as per the description. My grandma's sweet and sour was lacking in flavor. Long story long...I doubt I will go there again. I just can't risk waiting an hour and a half for food because of take out orders or whatever the reasoning was. And then not enjoying the food I waited a ridiculously...

The family went for the first time tonight for dinner. We were seated right away and the hostess was friendly. She brought our water right away. 10 minutes later, the waiter (male) came over and says "are you ready to order?". Didn't introduce himself, or welcome us. Didn't ask about if we wanted anything else to drink or questions about the menu. We order cocktails (which I thought would be on happy hour since they were on the little table sign that the happy hour sign was on, but they were not. They were expensive for being a single and just meh.

Our food came out relatively quickly. The calamari was reminiscent of fish sticks. The fresh rolls were good, the crab wontons were tiny and just okay.

Food was good, but nothing special.

It took FOREVER to then wrap up our time there. We needed boxes and our check, and our server walked by multiple times without looking our direction. We finally get what we needed to get out of there and on our way out, no comments by the hostess "thanks for coming in" "have a good night" nothing. It was over all extremely disappointing and we will not...

The only remotely okay thing about this restaurant was the chicken satay. We were seated had water brought to us then we waited 20 mins before someone came to take our drink order. 5 mins later we were brought our cokes. At this time our appetizer order was taken. We didn’t get fresh rolls and chicken satay for another 30 mins. 5 minutes before we got our appetizer someone finally came to check on us and we put in our order for our dinner. We finished our appetizers and it was another 45 minutes before we got our dinner. What we ordered 4 different entrees. These were the most plain meals we have ever eaten. All the meat we ordered was like they boiled the it for days. The sole of a shoe would have been more tender than the meat they served, even the vegetables were rubbery. There was no flavor in these dishes. For the 2 and half hours we were there, it was one of the worst dinning experiences we have had. It would be understandable if they were busy. They were not.
