Pro's: Good security, plenty of surveillance camera's. Very clean. Staff was helpful, but strange also. Con's: Only one trash receptical. Usually is full to the max. Under construction still. No pool. Odd layout making it difficult to park in the spots, and for additional vehicles. Access codes to the shower / laundry, don't seem to regularly work. I never could use my code given. I had to enter during the day only. Quoted winter rate price at $550 over the phone. But changed the story when it came to winter months to $660. Not including electricity. Asked a neighbor what he is paying (for a bigger spot) and he told me $550. Wanted a $100 for keeping the water from freezing in addition to the extortion price they already were trying to charge us. Despite we had our own heating equipment. Even as we left them. Tried to say we had their equipment. Yet we never okay-ed them to use any equipment. Nor did we have it. Noise from the road and freeway was evident. Lawns are mowed promptly at 8 - 9 am in the morning, on Weds, or Thurs. Most people who do, RV living are on vacation and or retired. Nobody likes to be waken so early. Internet was spotty in the evenings. Otherwise good. People with 3 vehicles seemed to often block the small roads. Nobody seemed to complain. No one seemed to stop it. Couldn't use our pet steak in the ground. But neighbors had steaks in their spot, to hold down their awning down. People regularly walked through your camp ground to get to the clubhouse. As no other routes available. It wouldn't bother me so much, but I do like some privacy. Because it is located in the valley. The wind's were always an issue. New growing tree's. So no shade what so ever. Unless provided by your own awnings. Construction noise was often. Felt like living in a city, rather than a campground. Very cold feeling. Corporate owned like. No good view. Disappointing. They want $800 a month once they get their pool installed. However, I don't think it values as that much. $700 a month was a stretch. There is no long term. I think it's probably a city ordinance. But I am not sure. It could be that overnight stays are more lucrative. Water has sediment in it. Tho, if you run the water a few moment it clears. Likely due to construction. Sprinklers go off around 1am and hit everything. You can't keep anything near or on the grass or it will be soaked in the AM. Sprinklers hit our back side of our trailer, everytime they went off. Right in our bedroom area. All in all. I wasn't happy there. Honestly I felt like I was being extorted for money. And that disgusts me the MOST! UPDATE: They obviously did not want us there. Lastly, they accused us of stealing their heating equipment... Threatened us to call police. Repeatedly called us "you people or people like you!" Despite the fact that we did not have their equipment. Never did to begin with. As we left we showed a manager there what we had and she told us it was not theirs. OF COURSE it's not. Why would we blatantly, take their stuff? It would cost us. The next day the other manager called us. Threatened to call the police. And forced me to pay them $100. She was not nice. About it. Made me feel like a criminal. Tried to reason with her. She would not budge. She wouldn't even let me wake my husband to get to the bottom of this. Used the word "stolen" repeatedly. I have checked our equipment. We have NOTHING extra. We never Ok-ed them to use their equipment. Had we done so that would have required us to pay for the $100 deposit. Why would they install it, without the deposit? It's because they didn't! I told them to hold off, till I made a decision. We had our own equipment. And thus we never got any of theirs. I can't return something that didn't exist in the first place! And why would we take theirs when we had our own in the first place? ...

Over the past five years, I’ve written 87 Google reviews — only three of them have been anything less than five stars. I believe in the power of honest feedback and how it helps travelers like myself make informed decisions. Sadly, this will be my fourth negative review.
I travel full-time in an RV for work, and I booked Liberty Lake RV Campground three months in advance. At the time, everything was set. But two months before my stay, my girlfriend was diagnosed with breast cancer. Naturally, I had to cancel the trip to be with her during treatment. I called the campground to explain the situation and even offered to pay a cancellation fee — I wasn’t looking for a full refund, just some understanding.
Unfortunately, I was met with a total lack of empathy. Not only were they unwilling to offer any refund from the $300 I paid in full, but they also showed zero compassion. I made multiple phone calls hoping to speak with someone who could help or at least show some human decency, but I got nowhere.
I understand businesses have policies — but there’s a big difference between policy and people. When someone is dealing with a life-altering medical situation and financial stress, the decent thing is to at least try to work with them. Liberty Lake RV Campground chose not to.
If you’re booking here, just know that once they have your money, there’s no flexibility or humanity behind the desk. I hope this review helps others make a better-informed decision than I did.
[Edit/Update:]
As you can see from the owner’s response below, they chose to lean entirely on “policy” and avoid addressing the human element of this situation.
For context: I currently have 17 RV park reservations across the country right now. Out of all of them, Liberty Lake RV Campground is the only one that showed zero flexibility or empathy.
To be clear—this isn’t about me asking for special treatment. I’ve dealt with plenty of cancellation policies. For example, I canceled a reservation at a Ventura County, California, beachfront RV park that is booked solid year-round with a strict no-refund policy, and even they refunded me 100% due to my girlfriend’s medical situation. Why? Because they chose to be human.
Liberty Lake RV Campground? Located outside Spokane—not a high-demand destination—and yet they still refused to show any decency.
If you’re reading this review to help you decide where to stay, just know: once Liberty Lake RV has your money, there’s no flexibility, no compassion, and...
Read morePaid for in advance over the phone 7/19/19 to 7/23/19 departing on 7/24, given spot C7. Friday night @ 0330, sprinkler system goes off, waters EVERYTHING! The grass, the patio with all our stuff, my trailer and my truck. Saturday morning, ask for resolution or mitigation; NO, not until Monday. Can you move us, NO, even after walking past multiple empty spots. Can we have a refund and we'll just go home, NO. So basically we're forced to either tolerate all our stuff being soaked every evening and sleep interrupted at 0330 to 0400 every night as it's LOUD in the trailer when it's being sprayed with water. OR, leave and forgo the $300 and scrap what's left of our vacation. We opted to stay and I did what I could do to mitigate what the owners REFUSED to do. Supposedly On Monday, THE IRRIGATION COMPANY came out and "fixed" it. HAHAHA. Even with my mitigation, 2 heads still sprayed our trailer significantly and the same on monday evening at 0330 after the supposed fix so ZERO changed. Enough so that it finally was able to breach the seal on our forward storage compartment resulting in a water intrusion mess. We couldn't take it any longer. The lack of sleep because of their refusal to either fix the problem or move us was more than we cared to tolerate further. We packed up and left a day early. I stopped at the office asking for a nights refund and reimbursement for the buckets I bought to mitigate what the water was doing to our stuff and explained why. Answer? NO. Called back a week later to inquire, answer still NO and my integrity placed in question by the man that answered the phone as to the situation being resolved on that "Monday". Called and left messages for the owner, and ZERO response. BEWARE and stay at your own risk. We will NEVER be back and I will NOT recommend this place every opportunity I get albeit a rating or face to face communication. The flip side, when the facility is done, the place itself will be very nice. Customer service??, especially given the cost? They don't allow me here to rate them low enough. This is fact without embellishment. I have photos and video to support...
