Crazy Beagle — Restaurant in Liberty Lake

Wow… I started to go here for my coffee since it’s close to my work, but I went here for the 4th time on Friday 9/6/24 at 8:50am and got 1 surprise redbull. Dark-haired Barista said it was $6 and some cents, gave me the coffee and surprisingly didn’t ask for a tip. I just moved on and assumed she just wasn’t interested. Mind you, I tip 20% every time (not this time, because I wasn’t asked). Then, I check my bank account and I was charged $7.38 for the coffee….. Conveniently 20% more than the $6 and some cents she had stated. Giving yourself a tip??? Without even asking the customer??? Are you serious??? Funny enough, I would’ve said 20%! If she asked. Charging someone’s card more than you stated is unethical and disgusting behavior. I will never be returning to this coffee shop and I advise everyone else to stay away.

Side note: I bought a Venti pumpkin cold brew from Starbucks the day before for $5.49. The redbull being base priced at $6 for maybe 16oz is...

Drink we're not all the way full. My sons drink had honey all over it and it was a italian soda....I have a bad ear infection. And I can't hear out of my left ear. Or really hear how loud im talking. I told her that when I pulled up. And the lady was looking at me like she was disgusted with me and obviously I can't hear I told her that and she kept saying what in a really rude way...Coffee is supposed to make you feel better not worse. Definitely not going here again. Very disappointed not usually my experience here but looks like I'll find a new everyday...

I don’t normally write reviews so the fact I’m here says something, and it’s NOT a good thing. Multiple times I’ve arrived and left the stand with something completely different from what I ordered. Now normally this wouldn’t be a problem, however my daughter is allergic to milk so I order her drinks with hemp milk. Yet every time I’ve come through while Genevieve is working the stand, we’ve received the wrong type of milk. On top of that she has been incredibly unpleasant which is strange because one might think customer service comes with the job....
