Hollywood Feed — Local services in Liberty Township

After 1 day of getting a new puppy I came to this store because it was one of the few stores with the high quality dog food brands I was looking for. (And with raw goat milk!)

The manager, Miranda, was incredibly helpful and so welcoming. She gave me a puppy checklist and some AWESOME coupons!

One coupon got me a free small bag of dog food and I was so happy because I wanted to try out a small bag first to see how my dog would react to my choice of food.

The deals were great! They had BOGOs, clearance, and coupons! I had been to Petco, PetSmart, and Pet Supplies Plus but this place was my favorite by far! I was stuck in the freeze dried/air dried food section and Miranda noticed and came over to help me through my confusion.

They have a frequent feeder program which I enrolled in and I honestly can't wait to come back again when I run out...

I've been a customer at this location for about 7 years. I have also visited 3 or 4 of the other locations a handful of times I truly believe this is the best pet store chain in town and am glad it's growing. The employees are much more knowledgeable than the other pets stores I have visited. The staff is also much friendlier and truly seems to care. For example, I was in the store looking for something special after my dog got sick and wasn't eating. Not only did I receive some very helpful recommendations that my dog loved, I received a get well card signed by most of the staff. There is also a great assortment of dog chews, toys, and foods. I visited Hollywood Feed for the first time today for their St. Patrick's day event. 🍀 The store is so clean, organized, and stocked well. The decorations for the event were adorable and it looks like the employees put in a lot of hard work setting it up. I went to the cat section to pick out some new toys for my kitties and checked out the Litter Robot supplies since I have one at home (life-changing machine if you're a cat owner lol). 😻 We snagged a doggy treat bag for our dog at home who has a cast at the moment so he was unable to visit. :( We'll definitely return here in the future for pet supplies or if we need advice on different types of dog or cat food.
