Read moreI ordered pizza and wings from the Girard Ohio location (801 State Street, 44420). My family and I order pizza at least once a week. We all really like Marcos. When our order arrived the wings were not what I ordered. The driver said that we would have to contact the store to get it resolved. I called and spoke with Hannah, she said that the store WAS TOO BUSY TO FIX MY ORDER. And that if I wanted what my family ordered I would have to travel to the store to pickup the correct wings or they would credit my account. I asked Hannah the managers name that said that they were TOO BUSY TO FIX MY ORDER and she said Shawn.
I have never had Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns or any other pizza chain tell me they are too BUSY TO FIX MY ORDER. I am extremely upset that I did not get to eat the wings I paid for, instead I was insulted by the store because I am NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH for them to care about my family's dinner.

Had I known that they could not honor a time order, I would have ordered my food elsewhere for my lunch break. Instead they call me at 4:02pm for a time order scheduled for delivery at 4:30 pm.... Making excuses about how they were backed up on orders...
