Subway — Restaurant in Liberty Township

The reviews are absolutely correct. I just had to deal with the disrespectful and rude young girl who got upset and said something under her breathe because I asked her to remake my sub!!

She asked me why and I told her mayo was everywhere on the bread, on the sides of the bread, all over the wrapper....like come on, why would you act like a baby and go crying to call a manager when you're the one who messed up the sandwich? Just be polite and make it over!

Instead she made a phone call and whoever she called was just as rude. They told her she didn't have to!! I could see if I wanted my money back, I just wanted a remake.

I then said I'd just pay for another sub. It was only $4 through the app. She got even madder 😂😂. Looking at me crazy 😑🤨. Like dude, it's just a sandwich. Poor customer service, but the vegetables are one of the freshest...

Second review (4 stars): I have been here multiple times since my first review. The result is always the same... 5 stars. Not today. I just came out of the place with a To-Go order, so I haven't tasted the food, yet. I have no doubt it is good. The service, however, get a minus one star. The girl that took care of me didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She wasn't very friendly. When I had to change something part way through, she seem perturbed. I gave her a $1.00 tip to hopefully Brighten her day. I know, one buck isn't much at all, but I never tip at Subway. In any case, she didn't even say thank you. WoW.

I stopped in for a quick dinner at the Girard Subway with my boys and although the young girl who waited on me was very kind, everything was very chaotic. It appeared the manager was a mother as at one point she yelled “mom” very loudly when another customer asked for the manager. The manager walked in ahead of us and started doing side work and wasn’t in uniform. Not even sure if she was working or on the clock. There was an issue at the window that the young girl had a hard time handling. The manager had a hard time handling and then proceeded to yell at the girl making my subs to stop and help.
