Dunkin' — Restaurant in Libertyville

We go to this Dunkin because it is near our house. Consistently terrible service. The staff is very rude and impatient. One time when giving us our change the employee forgot a dollar. And when we asked for the correct change back- she took it out of the tip jar and seemed very annoyed about it. Which was odd. I’m not sure if she felt entitled to a tip, but she was definitely indignant that we asked for our correct change back. An iced coffee with 2 creamers, flavor syrup and cold foam added was nearly $6 and came out looking like a literal glass of milk with a tiny amount of coffee at the bottom. In the winter time we will order hot chocolates. The drink will taste watered down because ALL of the chocolate powder mix is always at the bottom of the cup. It’s like they always forget to shake or stir the powder into the drink. Also, the donuts have very little filling. Honestly, I don’t know why we continue to go there. We probably won’t anymore. Starbucks and McDonalds across the street have consistently better tasting drinks. And at nearly $6 for each of our coffees- it wouldn’t be that much more money to go elsewhere. Also, Lee Donuts is just down the road and has much tastier donuts. This used to be a favorite spot a couple years ago....

This is one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve visited in a while. The manager/owner is an angel. He is very professional, kind and courteous. Each time I’ve visited and the owner, polite staff and great customer service always made my day and got me off on the right start. I enjoy coming to this Dunkin’. The in store service is just as spectacular as the drive thru service. The staff was very courteous to myself and also my 8 year old child. I was very disappointed with my last visit here. It was a Sunday early afternoon. They were out of many things including donuts and creamer! I don’t know how you run out of what makes your business what it is! I decided to still purchase coffee and substitute creamer with almond milk. I felt they could have not up charged the coffee for having to use almond milk but the cashier said he still had to. I don’t think I will be visiting this location any time soon.
