Great tea but the guest service is lacking. I feel like the employees there act like they are miserable. This last time really pissed me off. There was a long line of people waiting to get their drinks then me and 1 other girl waiting to order. No one was taking order but i understood cause they had lots of drinks to catch up on. Some man cut in front of us after I told him I hadn't orderer yet but when he stood in front someone immediately came over to take his order.....weird. Then it I ordered a strawberry Shortcake delight, a strawberry slush with a matcha milk cap. I was asked if I wanted a boba and I said no and then he asked any topping and I said no, thinking he was asking if I wanted an additional one with the milk cap....well no they just made a strawberry slush. When I asked about he said no you have to order the match milk cap...which makes no sense cause If I wanted a strawberry slush I could have just ordered that....even on the app the strawberry shortcake delight comes with a milk cap, even the picture advertises it as such, it's part if the recipe. They didn't offer to remake it for me so I just left but that really irritated me cause the whole point of me driving the 20 mins over was for this specific limited...

When it comes to boba, Kung Fu Tea is truly one of the best options out there. Guaranteed consistency and high quality bubble tea at still fair prices.

This location marked only the 2nd time in a KFT location, Rolling Meadows being the first. I guess it took me a while to try again being my wife claims our older son didn't like the Taro compared to Chill Bubble Tea which was his first experience at the age of 2 a few years back.

But after trying again with the closest location to our house in Beach Park, I think it was just in his head to begin with that a different place can't match the first. He tried the Taro again and adapted to the taste quickly.

This place has a good selection of flavors, add-ons and tea styles. Friendly and helpful service in a clean & sleek atmosphere, boba shops are always a great place to relax.

If in the area again and someone in the fam gets that craving, we'll definitely stop back in! I wish for continued booming business for the owner(s) and especially since the weather's warming up again, bubble tea is especially delicious on a hot...

That's a fun one! To paraphrase your original review, I'll aim to rephrase the ideas in a fresh way while keeping the enthusiastic tone. Here is your review, phrased with different wording: A Refreshing Change in Libertyville! I am absolutely thrilled that this shop has opened its doors in Libertyville, and the new ownership deserves high praise. The atmosphere inside is so delightful and charming! They've made great enhancements, including a fun new claw machine and updated, convenient hours. The vibe is lovely, offering a comfortable spot to hang out and enjoy your boba tea while you wait. My daughters were completely enchanted! They offer a massive variety of flavors. The staff was incredibly sweet—when my daughter discovered she didn't care for the crystal bubbles, they quickly and happily replaced her entire drink free of charge. That level of outstanding service is rare and truly impressive. We will definitely be returning, and I wholeheartedly endorse this fantastic new...

A hip spot to grab some interesting bubble tea (and other associated drinks). Thei selection of flavors is amazing, running gamut from traditional to unexpected. Not every option is a winner IMHO, but I appreciate the effort regardless. I wish that there was some sort of food to purchase here as well. Not necessarily a full kitchen, but maybe some Japanese/Asian snacks that could be quickly purchased at the register would be ideal. I guess at the moment, it's a BYOB (bring your own snacks) situation. There are also a selection of two dozen or so different boards games to enjoy while at the cafe, making this place all the cooler as a hangout spot. Service is fast and the cafe is neat as a pin. Parking is free in the lot out front, and it can be a bit challenging to find parking during peak hours.
