We arrived around 7:15 p.m., knowing the restaurant closes at 8:00. Right away, we felt like our presence wasn’t exactly welcomed, the look from staff made it clear they weren’t thrilled about us coming in so close to closing. Funny enough, about ten minutes later, several other families showed up, so at least we weren’t the only ones keeping them busy.
The drinks were disappointing. We ordered sweet tea, but it tasted very strong and stale, definitely old. We had to send it back.
For my meal, I ordered the crepes with cream cheese. Unfortunately, they were nothing like crepes, more like an omelet stuffed with cream cheese. The texture and flavor were just off, and it wasn’t enjoyable at all. Overall, the experience wasn’t great. Between the unwelcoming vibe, bad tea, and disappointing food, this isn’t a place I’d choose to return to unless I had no other option. Anyway... I still tipped 32% just because, that's how I am. However I will say it's very cheap. Bill was $30 for 2 adults, 1 child, 2 toddlers. We had...
Read moreI visited today and was extremely disappointed with the service. The food was cold when it was served, and the server completely ignored us until she realized we were about to pay and tip. Despite us raising our hands for coffee refills, not once did she come over to help, even when prompted by her mother to do so. This was unequivocally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant, compounded by poor customer service and unsatisfactory food. If you're considering dinin g here, I strongly advise against it. The staff made us feel like an inconvenience, likely assuming we wouldn’t share our experience. I couldn’t let this behavior go...

The country skillet contained: one smoky, meaty sausage patty, a flaky, buttery biscuit, the tastiest country gravy and generous portion of home fries. Choice of toast or pancakes - GET THE PANCAKES! They're so fluffy, perfect to soak up all of that tasty maple syrup with. The waitress was so friendly and chatty, what you would expect from a small town. The place was packed, but I didn't have to wait to be seated. Do yourself a favor and keep it local - this...
