Lupita’s Mexican Food Truck — Restaurant in Ligonier

Microwaved steak, small portions, dry chicken probably from yesterday, boxed rice, canned beans, over priced, rude young lady at the window who doesn’t even respond to you. Its really irritating when youre in a good mood and carrying that. You dont complicate your order or make any changes. You just order and say “thank you have a good day”. Just to have them not even look at you while they sit down all crappy like. Then you go back up to ask for a single spoon and again they say nothing and hand you three forks. You say “thanks” and they continue to say nothing and look back at their phone. Then you go to eat and everything just sucks. Its like I reheated leftovers made from home 0/10....

The food truck was in Columbia City last Friday. I ordered the chicken bowl ($12), the chicken burrito supreme ($11), a chicken taco ($3), and a beef taco ($3). The delicious chicken bowl had a lot of spicy, finely shredded chicken. The chicken burrito was huge and definitely a meal in itself. The chicken taco had the same shredded chicken as the chicken bowl, along with lots of cilantro and some diced onion and radish for crunch. Both tacos were served in warm, double corn street-size tortillas with a small container of sauce and were very good! I would definitely order from this food truck again.
