We recently hosted a wedding at Gas South Arena with a guest list of nearly 700 people, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Javed Bhai and his team at Kabob Hut for our catering needs. We cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the experience was from start to finish.

From our very first meeting, Javed Bhai’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail stood out. Planning a wedding of this scale comes with its own set of logistical challenges, but Javed Bhai handled everything with effortless precision and calm confidence. He took the time to understand our vision, made thoughtful recommendations, and curated a menu that not only reflected our cultural preferences but truly delighted every guest.

The food was phenomenal — every single item was cooked to perfection, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented as we had many live stations and new items that were new to the community. From appetizers to the main course and desserts, the variety and quality were unmatched. Many guests personally reached out to tell us it was some of the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Special shoutout to the Live Nihari station and Kabob Fry Station. Don't even get us started on the Live Lassi with fresh Malai on top — they were absolute crowd favorites!

What truly set Kabob Hut apart, however, was the level of organization and service. Serving 700 people in a timely, clean, and coordinated manner is no easy task, but their team executed it seamlessly. The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely efficient, ensuring that the buffet stations were always well-stocked and the lines moved quickly. My family and I love kabab hut and decided to have them cater for our wedding. It was overall a good experience and we appreciate their time and effort! The food was great and the People hired to provide service were as well. One worker even helped us decorate our cake with flowers. They were very kind and helpful and did everything needed by the venue. The food was warm on arrival and came with labels so guests know what is being served. I took off 2 stars due to issues we had with communication with the owner/manager in charge of catering. At first he answered questions politely and was easy to talk to. But when we spoke on the phone he was very rude and obnoxious. It made me have second thoughts about hiring them as our caterer and made me nervous. He was not professional. We had a change in venue which made it 30 minutes further away. They catered to the previous location before so I knew it was possible and they did not have an issue with it despite it being 2.5 hours away. The new location made it 3 hours away. I communicated this to him and he did not respond. Later I followed up and he called me and was very rude again saying that he is unable to cater for our wedding and would cancel on us 2 weeks before the wedding. I had to have someone else speak to him and they argued on the phone before he decided not to cancel on us. That caused a lot of stress for us and really made me regret hiring him.
