honestly, the night shift has some of the rudest servers i have ever had. we had an employee (wish i got her name) who proceeded to come to our table maybe 3 times? and once we didn’t see her for almost 45 minutes at our table but she continued to check in her other tables. (at this point all we got were drinks and an app). she proceeded to tell us that we weren’t allowed to order bc the kitchen was closed even though she literally never checked on us or asked us if we wanted to order (WHICH WE WANTED TO) before the kitchen closed. we responded “wow that’s great considering we haven’t seen you for over 30 minutes” and she rolled her eyes, scoffed, threw our check down and walked away. obviously we didn’t tip her anything bc the service was non existent. she then came back for the receipt which she lied about the owner needing them to count them or something dumb and then went back to other servers and talked about us, ripped up our receipt, and then told us something along the lines of being terrible customers and no one would ever want to serve us. really not sure what set her off to begin with, we were polite and patient, could have made this a bigger deal and made a scene but we let it go and still maintained integrity. i’m assuming her nasty attitude had to do with us being the only table of hers that had a female rather than all males. miss girl just wanted that tip i guess??? server was some chick with long blackish hair and big round glasses and held an attitude like she was hot shiz lol. joked with my bf that appearently he just had to flirt with her and she would’ve been at our table constantly and we would’ve actually had...
   Read moreOur night started off with calling to see how busy they were. At the time a lady named Cait answered the phone who was very rude the entire phone call. The server described the wings as, buy traditional wings, get 50% off the price of those wings. So we both got 20 traditional wings each expecting the price to be 50% off of those wings. When the bill came it was $22.49 for each set of 20 wings. Online it is normally $25.79 for 20 wings, definitely not 50% off of that price. We were told, buy any size traditional wings, get 50% off of those wings. The bill came and we were surprised by the price. Our server went and got the manager, Cait who was very rude, and she initiated the conversation being very rude stating she could not do anything about the price even though the server described the promotion completely wrong. The manager, Cait, kept being rude the entire conversation and was refusing to do a single thing about the issue besides setting the bill back on the table, being snotty, and then taking our card to pay.
I would hope the servers there are more informed of how the promotion actually works instead of giving false information on how it works. I also hope that the manager changes her attitude with customers down the road as we were not rude to her at all.

   Read moreSo decided to order from this place for the first time in awhile ordered some take out went to pick up my order used a gift card to pay (also only reason I ordered) and upon getting back home with said order realized right away they forgot part of my order, being a 10 piece boneless wings so I call up there to inform them that they forgot part of my order however it’s going to take me an extra hour to get to the restaurant and back home to enjoy my food that should have been in the order when I first picked up and asked to compensate by throwing in some kind of desert you know figured that’s not a whole lot to ask honestly and was told they couldn’t do that and would just give me a new order of wings so there for id have to drive back there to get my food at my own expense for a second time and so I asked for a refund of my food and they told me that since I used a gift card I couldn’t get a refund? So in other words it’s I waste my time to drive back up to get a second order of food that should have been there from the start or else I’m just out of my money that was on the gift card terrible business has been going down hill for years but it’s a really bad establishment at this point still waiting on a call from the GM about my service and I’m assuming I’ll never get that call either so much like my money it’s just gone...
