They changed their hours because of short staffing, so before driving 40 minutes I called and asked if they were open. I called 3 times . Twice I was sent to voicemail immediately . The third time a lady picked up with an attitude. I apologized for calling 3 times. She then proceeded to lecture me like I was a child about not calling the store more than once. Remind you, their store hours are different, I was only calling to be sure something else didn’t change. Once the lecture was over, I ask if the controller I wanted to buy but couldn’t , had sold yet. When I had called the day prior they were only 10 minutes from close. So now after she let out all of her aggression, the controller is magically no longer there. As if someone came in and bought THAT controller within 10 minutes of closing . This is an old used controller so not very high in demand. They just didn’t want to sell to me. Very poor professionalism. This store is already struggling, they should treat their customers better. Used to have a pleasant shopping experience. However, after having a lengthy conversation with a group of employees about looking for a specific item and leaving the product information with contact information, little did I know how quickly things would deteriorate. They called and I arrived at open the following day to less than enthusiastic employees who knew nothing about what I was talking about and said the one that called would be in later that day...I do not live locally, so I waited around town; for FOUR HOURS! Upon returning I'm greeted with a rather arrogant "You're wrong" rebuttal from the employee who called. He stated that I had acted like my information indicated I wanted multiple items, even though it was expressly stated I wrote all the information for clarity. Coming from someone with decades of retail experience, the employee's demeanor was quite unbecoming for customer interaction. Sadly I'll be questioning if it's worth returning to...

There is nothing really bad about this establishment. I mean, they have a somewhat decent selection of games, more for PS than Xbox. And they have way more movies for sale than games. Decent amount of posters, collectibles, and other items for your collection needs.

Fairly quiet, hardly anyone there. I like it, nothing bad, but nothing outstanding. Good place if you need games or movies.

Edit: went to their new location on Friday, lot smaller, but way better store. Also, very helpful, I was not aware of their buy 5 and get one free thst they have going on. The cashier was nice to explain it to me after he asked if that applied to what I was buying. Left with more than I wanted, which is cool. Never hurts to hsve more games or movies.

Will keep coming back, I feel that it's a better game store than certain other game stops.... errr......
