Happy Daz — Restaurant in Lima

My boyfriend and I stopped in there after leaving the hospital at 7pm. We place our order around 7:22pm and waited 24 minutes to get our food. While waiting I observed the kitchen staff eating over the food they were making, they did not have hats or hair nets on. The manager was standing there with her hands in her pockets barking orders at people. The other girl who was supposed to be doing the drive thru window was walking around having a mental breakdown. The other little girl was playing with her hair, making milk shakes and more worried about putting up chairs and filling ketchup bottles then helping her team members get caught up. The poor girl at the front counter was new and still learning. Not a single person helped her or showed her how to do things. The manager rudely in front of everyone told a customer that she did not know what she was doing. Our food was sent to another table, the other table brought us our food the staff never corrected this mistake. When the manager Zoe, deemed the rush "was over" she looked at her staff and said I am going away from all of you because I dont want to see your faces" and walked away. Woooooow.....Pretty irritating when they try to upsell you without asking....

I order a regular Coney dog with cheese and onions, an order of coney fries and a large mtn dew... I get to the window my order is $10... Seems a bit high for what I ordered but ok sure...whatever I'm in a hurry and I'm hungry so I pay for it anyways.

I get home to eat my lunch real quick and I open up my bag to find a a huge footlong Coney dog with barely any sauce on it and no onions or cheese... Really I definitely didn't want a footlong hence the term "regular" and where's my cheese and onions and heck for that matter my dang Coney sauce too???

$10 dollars for the wrong order....and then when I try calling nobody answers the phone.

One of my favorite places in town and they are now steadily messing up my orders...now you can't even answer a phone for me to ask if I can come get what I ordered and a partial refund or anything... When I arrived the line at the drive-thru was wrapped around the building, the dining room was filled with people waiting for their food, they were obviously short handed, I understand that you can't help when people don't show up for work and that's not fair to the people that actually came in to work. The person in front of me ordered after waiting for a long time, then the lady came up to me and said it will be a few minutes, understandable. While waiting, I heard people cussing in the back and yelling about people calling off. 10 minutes had passed at this point, the lady behind the counter brought food out to people in the dining room then back behind the counter, grabbed a sandwich from under the heat lamps and looked at it and went back to the table she just brought food to, grabbed the persons sandwich off the tray and put the other sandwich in its place like nothing happened.
