Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lima

These people need to get their stuff together first of all let me start by saying this is the place to eat if you want to side of hepatitis with your tacos as employees use the bathroom and do not wash their hands nor do they clean the bathroom but they're more than happy after digging in their butt to go and make you a crunch wrap nothing is cleanly at all and people that work behind the counter and in the kitchen seem to be incompetent if you want to cheat meal I strongly suggest you light a road The store is freshly remodeled and the staff there seems to be competent enough to make food as requesting Allentown road location is always crowded and the harding highway location seems to be where Molly the meth head and all her fentanyl feeding friends gather on the weekends to get hopped up on whatever it is they're smoking and make tacos if it wasn't for the fear of getting a fentanyl high with my double deck burrito then I would use the Harding highway location but I'm happy to be a drug and alcohol-free individual so I'll just simply choose to stay far far away as they won't get me with their meth and fentanyl breathing all over my crunch wrap digging and not washing their hands but I'm sure you all get the point elida road is the best...

Went through drive thru at 11:15pm. Woman comes over the speaker and says, “We are only taking mobile and DoorDash orders. Weird, but ok. We pull forward and as we pass the window we see a young woman standing in the window talking on her cell phone. She looked like she was having a good time. Anyway, we drove around the building and began to place a mobile order which was really taking some time because it’s a whole new UI. During the time we were attempting to place our order the same woman we saw in the window walked out to a car parked next to us and got in TWICE. THEN when we went to place the order we were unable to place the order. It seems they turned off mobile ordering. Seriously, I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. We left and girlfriend was still hanging out in some dudes car with her headset on. What the hell...

Was so Excited to finally try the new lima location for the first time the other day! So sad to have to even post this because taco bell is my abousute favorite place to eat!! But unfortunately I Ended up being so extremely disappointed with my first experience because All of My food tasted like some sort of soap or cleaning product & ended up making me extremely sick for the the next two days! I have Tried to reach out to them twice about this issue & never received any response from them what so ever. I honestly just wanting to let them know what happened to me, so that this wont happen to anyone else!! I really dud not want to post this here but I was not given the chance to tell them privately, so I am posting here to warn anyone who might be thinking about checking the new west street taco bell out!!...
