J's American Pub — Restaurant in Lima

I went there on Saturday and it was beyond a horrible experience. They had a completely over served drunk employee off clock in the establishment who was on the patio smashing beer bottles acting belligerent. She then slapped my friend in the face. I told the bar tender, she had another bar tender kick her out. She was back in the bar five minutes later. Told the bar tender again and we were told to "just leave her alone". We told them that that was unacceptable and that she needed to be throw out of the bar. The bar tender then called the bouncer over and kicked ALL four of US out. The bouncer then threatened a member of our party and while outside was trying to fight him. The cops were called and somehow all of us are now barred from the place. All because of a completely inebriated employee of theirs, they lost four well paying customers. Management has still yet to contact me as I have been actively trying to get ahold of someone. None of the employees acted responsibly in this situation and should all be terminated in...

Food was really amazing, not going to lie. I had the burger, and it was for sure worth it. It took probably 25 minutes to get the burger and fries, which is about average

Do not go here for karaoke however. You cant hear yourself at all, or any of the singers for that matter. Set up hides you behind a speaker if you need to glance at words. The DJ had low energy, maybe because he was having such a slow night. Not many newer songs available

The bar was completely dead, there are 11 people here including the DJ, bar tender, and the cook.... so not the place to go if you want to meet friendly locals.

Atmosphere is great tho, they had the garage doors open, and it had a nice outdoor feel. Only one pool table, that was open for the most part

A place with a lot of potential, just very disappointing. It has 2 bars, cornhole, pool tables, TVs, outside patio seating, just a complete nosedive! Too many doors to walk through just to get to where you need to order. The loaded fries had actual bacon and melted cheese, it looked/tasted like they put them together and put it in the microwave till the cheese melted. My chicken sandwich ($9), I would've preferred a McChicken honestly. My coworkers Burger according to her had tasted like it had been frozen for 6 months and was made as the freezer burn melted into it. I can't forget that there was a black hair in it (none of us have black hair)... At least the beer was cheap, it'd be a good place for drinks, but I'd prefer gas station or...
