Walked in with 3 winning scratch off lottery tickets. Two $2 winners and a $100 winner . Was told that they didn't have enough cash to pay for the $100 winner so they gave me $4 for the $2 winners and gave me a ticket back that they didn't have enough cash to pay for. I had bought other things so got my change and what I assumed was that $100 winner they couldn't cash out. How ever, what I got back was one of the $2 winners they cashed out.
