If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Reservation Alley is hands-down my favorite spot in town. This small-town, husband-and-wife-owned drink shop is something truly special. For over two years, this amazing couple has poured their heart, soul, and over 100 hours a week into building their dream—and it shows.

While they can’t always offer delivery, they are on DoorDash, which makes it even easier to get my favorites when I can’t stop in. But honestly, part of the magic is going there in person. They’re some of the most genuine, hardworking people you’ll ever meet. Whether they’re sick, exhausted, or going through tough times, they still show up with a smile, a positive attitude, and a kind word for everyone.

The drinks? Top tier. They have more options than any shop around—boba, nutrition drinks, slushies, dirty sodas, ice cream, mocktails—you name it. The prices are great too, which is just another reason I keep coming back.

And it’s not just about the drinks. These folks care about their community. They own two shops—in Elida and Shawnee—and they give back in both, and even to communities they aren’t directly involved in.

I was passing through after a late night stopover, and I always try to find a cool coffee place when I'm traveling... this place is an absolute GEM. I did NOT expect to find this in Lima, Ohio lol.

The couple who own the place were super cool, and the drink sizes were MASSIVE. They are not at all pretentious about beans, roasting, coffee minutiae, etc... so if you're in the mood for that (as I often am as well), this is not your place. If you're in the mood to be welcomed, chatted with, served, and treated to a gigantic delicious coffee drink, this IS your place and you won't regret it. I ordered an iced drink they called "Motley Brew", and it was mind-blowing.

Wonderful people, decor, vibe, and drink quality. Again, they make no excuses for using iced coffee concentrate, and are not a place that's going to hand-pull espresso shots, but I would go back here in a heartbeat next time...

I'm once again disappointed here, I came in and ordered a hot drink, i was the only one in there. Drink came our, I went out the car to find it was luke warm, and I'm talking not the slightest bit hot.

I went back it fully fine with it being microwaved or whatever, I had a meeting I had to get to so I just needed it heated. The girl looked at me when I walked back in the door, looked at the drink in my hand, then went in the back to making someone else's order. (Phone or drive through) I stood there for 8 minutes and she never, not one single time, asked me if everything was okay or if I needed something. I eventually had to leave to get to my meeting, never got my drink warmed up or fixed.

Their coffee isn't good enough to be dealing with problems like this. I'm never blown away by what I get, but you get what's on the way when you need something. But every time...
