I ordered a steak quesadilla with only queso, cheese, and mild & medium salsa. Upon picking up my quesadilla and driving back to work while on my lunch break, I open it and find there to be white rice inside. I called and asked if they can remake it the next day for me for my lunch the next day since they messed up and they refuse to remake my sandwich that I paid for and that they messed up on. Terrible service terrible managers terrible owner. Do not recommend anymore. They do not honor themselves in making it right with the customer so now they lose one and everyone I associate with. My wife and I have been coming in for take out for the last 9 years. We understand that lunch time can be hectic and take a little longer than usual on the weekdays. Today however was unacceptable. We waited for 20minutes in line to order. The lady working the first stage took my wifes order and proceeded to pass it down the line. When I tried to place mine she told me to wait and started to do 3 take out orders in front of me. We didn't have the extra time to wait and ended up just getting the one order and having to leave. Food was good, however, the service was AWFUL. The young lady with dark hair and nose ring was treating her coworkers so terribly that I could barely believe what I was hearing; should be ashamed that she even considered talking to her colleagues like that. The gentleman who took my order wasn’t exactly friendly either but, working with someone like that.. yeah, I get it.
