McDonald's — Restaurant in Limon

Now isn't that something?! Open 24 hours a day! I have called a dozen times in a week and didn't get a call back until I left a nasty message! then and only then after this and a weeks time for them to Puff up their storage fees after towing my customer's car from a place I asked the management if I could temp park a car there for a few hours until I returned with my own tow company? they said I could but to hurry back as fast as I could! I came back in a few hours to find it was gone! then the McDonald's I left it with told me the wrong tow companies name leaving me on a wild goose hunt then refused to give me the name of the company who does their vehicle theft from their parking lot! I had to drive over 12 miles in order to get the name and number of JS Towing and then called them repeatedly until one week later when they finally returned my call! they couldn't give me the cost for picking up my clients car and told me to call back in an hour! WHAT an absolute joke and complete lack of professionalism to put it mildly! I have been in the automotive business for 34 years and have never been so terribly treated by people who I would usually consider to be colleges! I would never classify these people in that manner EVER! The McDonald's and their tow company both fall under this failure of professionalism...

This is the worst run McDonald's I have ever been to!

The staff inside neglected all but the drive thru customers. One man had waited for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee! When asked about it, they said it was brewing. He walked out and told them to give it to someone else. The manager just told the counter person not to make it.

Another person had ordered a meal with 2 apple pies. After waiting about 15 minutes they told her they only had one pie and that it would be another 12 1/2 minutes for the other. She just asked for a refund.

We waited about 15 minutes for 2 hash browns. I saw at least 20 of them either sitting out or coming out of the fryers.

There appeared to be no coordination between the manager and the workers. Another customer said that this store always caters to the drive thru, and ignores the counter. That being said, there were probably a dozen cars in the drive thru and only about 6 people inside.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting McDonald's, and it was an absolute disaster. The wait time for my order was beyond belief. I could have grown a garden and harvested my own vegetables in the time it took them to prepare a simple meal.
