Amigos/Kings Classic — Restaurant in Lincoln

I've never been a fan of Amigo's beef or chicken flavors, but their seafood flavor is delicious! I don't celebrate lent but I look forward to their grilled fish tacos and crisp crab rangoon rolls every single year. I could eat these year round. The customer service at this location is probably one of the best too. I've never come across a rude, visibly stoned, or unprofessional worker here. I can't speak to the atmosphere or environment on the inside of the restaurant as I only have time for drive-thru. With that said, I really dislike the physical drive-thru at this location. The cement wall that lines the outer side is intimidating and not far enough away for all sizes of passenger vehicles to comfortably get through without getting swiped or nearly swiped, and you can tell this is the case by the various paint scrapes on the wall. I'm not sure the wall is necessary (I'm not an engineer) but I'd love to see it gone. However, that's the only complaint I have at...

If I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered a quesadilla burrito and a root beer float. While sitting in the drive thru, an employee slammed the door going out, trying to throw the trash away because he was in a hurry to close, into my car causing damage, and acted like he didn’t do anything. We pull up to the window after the car in front of us left, and I told the kid at the window what had happened. He could see the scratch on my car door. He talked to the guy and said that he was just in a hurry to close. He took down my name and phone number, but when I asked for the managers card or info to contact them, he wouldn’t give it to me. He told me I could come back tomorrow to talk to one of the managers. He gave us a bag of food, a root beer float, and a Pepsi. It ended up being the wrong food completely. We had went for a quick dinner and as I placed my order aurora decided to rush me along. Then frownd at me when I asked to see the deals again on the menu. She didn't point out another option so I went with my usual as I didn't want. I tried going up and telling her I could not eat my food and if I could replace for 2 children tacos. She refused as I already bit into my food. I'm very disappointed as we have been here multiple times In the last 3 months.
