The food is great, but the service is very not great. On their fabulous Taco Tuesday with .35 tacos, if you sit in the back room, the service is great and they are right on top of things and very friendly. However, if you sit in the front/main area, it is very different. We wait and wait forever for taco and drink refills while the waitresses go wait on the hot young college guys--they walk right by us, not even acknowledging we exist despite our desperate attempts to get their attention. Let's just say their tip reflects the fact we must walk up to the bar and try again and again to make eye contact with someone to get service at all. I have often thought of walking out, this is ridiculous!! We stopped going there for several months and returned last night to give them one last try. Same very poor service, being totally ignored, tacos taking forever to come out, and having to sit at the bar as they are very unprepared for the large crowd this deal brings out each week. Many places have taco deals on Tuesdays; I will be going elsewhere from now on. It's worth a little more money to actually be treated like a human by...

I booked a party to host 50 people. I was told to pay the room fee over the phone and was given no contract of agreement or receipt of transaction. Fast forward to the night of the party and I placed an order for catering of a veggie tray/ranch, veggie tray/hummus, fruit tray, and chips and salsa to feed 50 people. Was charged $711 plus $128 gratuity. No servers, no hot food, and no sit down meal. Just snacks. When I questioned the amount I was told that I was at fault for not REQUESTING an estimate or invoice before the event. Then I was told that they actually miss charged me and I actually owe them more money!!! There was no offer to remedy the situation, not even an offer of gift cards to earn my business back or a partial refund. Sad way to run a business.

Our family came in, a party of 5. Most of the tables were dirty. We ordered food along with an appetizer. We asked for a hummus platter after waiting 20 minutes I questioned where our appetizer was. Kristy the server stated it takes time because they have to individually cut all the veggies. It comes out with old brown vegetables and then a minute later our meal is here. We asked if she would take the hummus platter off because we didn't have time to enjoy it. She stated she would not because we ate off it. We 3 out of 5 had one piece.
