Brewsky's Food & Spirits East — Restaurant in Lincoln

Called in to make a pickup order for my department at my job. I called into THE BREWSKYS PHONE LINE clicked 1 which states IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A PICKUP ORDER and placed my order to which they said it will be 184.75. I go pick up my order and they give me no receipt, I needed to separate prices for everyone to pitch in and noticed a large discrepancy from the prices on the website and what I was charged for my pickup order. Like $50 difference. So I called back and asked for an itemized receipt which they said they don’t really ever give receipts with called in pickup orders and said to give her 15 min and she would email me it. She did and the total on my receipt was 145.75. Still almost a $40 difference. Called back to ask about this discrepancy to which they stated that I would have to get a hold of the platform that I ordered from. I said I didn’t order from a platform I called in and pressed 1. Well 1 is DoorDash and ig has a $40 surcharge for order pickup. There was no identification on the call that it would be getting placed with DoorDash and have such a massive surcharge fee. I called back to the brewskys line and pressed 1 to get back to who I spoke with that took the order and asked to speak to someone about the discrepancy to which they said they could not help that I would need to speak with the in store rep. Neither party was helpful and got me nowhere to why my receipt didn’t show a surcharge and why DoorDash couldn’t discuss this with me. Never...

I understand that places are struggling with staffing right now, but tonight was a bit disappointing. After a 20 minute wait for menu's (went to the bar to get drinks after 15) we were finally greeted. Decided to drink and watch the baseball game and order takeout when the game was over. Sadly, at 9:01, we were informed that the kitchen was closed and we couldn't order our food. Waitress said she forgot the kitchen closed early. I can get that. I asked if it was only today and she responded that it was everyday until they get busier, so there was really no reason she shouldn't have been able to tell us the kitchen was closing, especially since we had mentioned several times we were going to order food. Will we be back, yes, it's Brewsky's, it's in our neighborhood, just hope I can give more...

Stopped in at Brewskys for a late evening snack there were 5 adults we all ordered drinks and food we did order a couple appetizers to start us off when the waitress brought our appetizers she dropped our onion rings on the floor by our table her and another hurried and picked them up and went back to make more minutes later she brought back the rings and they were so dark and burnt it made us Wonder ????? when the bill came it was about $135 .00 plus my tip about 10 minutes later waitress came back and said I owed another $24.00 for the appetizers I paid it but why wasn't this all on one bill ?
