Burger King — Restaurant in Lincoln

This is the worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive through but it might have been faster just to go inside. It took probably 15 minutes. First of all I had to give my order twice.....then when I gave it again after saying each item there was like a 2 minute pause. There was no "ok, one sec" or anything appearing on the screen, just silence which might have gone on longer had I not said, "hello, are you there?." Finally when I paid I was given my receipt which wasn't even mine, and was torn in the middle. I got my food and got no napkins or the ranch which I asked for and was on the ordering screen. The food which is fast food so it's obviously isn't going to be amazing was awful. The chicken was dry and very rubbery it tasted like it was in a microwave. This was the worst burger king I have ever been to. I will never remand this location to anyone. My wife and I where in the drive thru and we placed a order. When got to the window and my wife found a coupon so we give it to the cashier.The cashier how name is Kaitlin then snatched the coupon as she rolled her eyes and rose her voice as she told us we should have told her when we ordered that we had a coupon.I then asked her what is the diffidence and she said she had to now do an over write to complete the transaction. Kaitlin was rude and irritated because she had to do her job. I am pretty sure Burger King did not become a world wide successful business based on the costumer service that was demonstrated by Kaitlin in my experience. There was another employee that got involved but I will be contacting corp. to farther address...

This is potentially the worst fast food joint I've ever been to. The floors are incredibly sticky throughout the whole place. The bathroom I used was very unclean and the handle on the faucet on the sink wasn't attached so when you tried to turn it on it came off. My order was incorrect but it wasn't worth returning. There is a play structure attached to the building but for some reason it was closed for a reason that I probably don't want to really know.

One man came in and after about 5 minutes left cursing about how the place was messed up. The food didn't even seem right. The lettuce on the salad was substandard and the whole thing seem to be missing ingredients.

There are better places to go in Lincoln. Avoid this place...
