Overall I give them 4 Stars and the reason follows.

Since they opened not that many years ago (don’t all how many bc i’m getting old and can’t recall), I have used this store specifically about 50-60 times. Each visit has been different. Mostly due to turn over. That has been both good and also horrible on occasion.

Not wanting to leave a novel length review I will simply say that if you KNOW WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR than you are likely to get a good price on a industry standard quality part. IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU NEED OR WHAT YOU ARE DOING than you may find yourself down a rabbit hole or left feeling frustrated and discouraged. A lot will be dependent on the staff working at the time of your visit.

I recommend downloading the autozone app and checking for your needs prior to your visit. That way you can request your part by part number instead of going thru the lengthy “lets see what we got, what year is the vehicle.........et” gambit....

I was helped by James and Bruce the day after christmas. They where very busy. Between the two they spent over TWO hours on my car. They didnot want me to leave until the two where sure they couldnt fix it. James "I love fixing things, I love figuring things out" James checked my issues and explained what I needed and where to go if he could fix it. He then sent Bruce out for a secong opinion. Bruce spends over an hour trying and did fix my car. "My wife wouldnt have it any other way". I really enjoyed TWO hours later once my car was fixed the two men did a celebration dance. ENCORE ENCORE for OUTSTANDING SERVICE....

On December 22nd 2024 I received amazing help from Guillermo. I came in with my Nissan battery, and he was able to test it, and determined that the battery was in "good" shape. He came out to my car and checked out all my connections to the battery, and determined that I needed a pair of shimmies, which gave a better connection to my battery. Once that was complete my car started with no issues and I did not need to purchase a new battery. Huge shout out to AutoZone in Lincoln California & Guillermo the extremely professional employee. I will definitely come back here if I ever...
