D'Leon's Taco Rico — Restaurant in Lincoln

I have been going here for years as it's close to where I live and the food is good. However, customer service has been a problem for a while now and after my most recent experience, I will be driving a little further to a different store from now on. I was met at the register with no greeting or "how can I help you?" ...just a stare with no smile. After waiting 30 minutes for food, was approached by the person who took the order and was told they lost our order (not the first time this has happened) and was offered no apology or "we will bring it out as soon as possible." After another 15 minutes when the food was delivered, the same person pretty much just dropped the tray onto the table as they turned to walk away, again, saying absolutely nothing and offering no kind of apology for the long wait time or mistake. I get it.. mistakes happen and it's not a big deal, but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Went through drive thru Sunday 12/6, ordered 3 burritos, one of them was only supposed to have egg, cheese, sausage. I mentioned 3 times, I don't want hashbrowns in it. So when I get home, I noticed it had hashbrowns. I called, the guy who answered was rude, told me to bring it back and he'll make a new one. Well I was already home, my family was eating theirs. Why should I leave. I wanted a free one the next time I went in. This is about the third time this has happened at this place. That's why I explicitly said NO HASHBROWNS please more than once yesterday. He finally said that if I have my receipt he'd give me a free one. I am all for helping restaurants out, ordering take out, pick up...etc. But this guy was RUDE, there are plenty of other businesses who want customers, the guy who answered the phone needs to realize he's not the only restaurant in town. I will never ever go there again and I'll be leaving reviews wherever I can. I can see by other reviews how rude...

They showed a picture of steak quesadilla with lettuce tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. None came with it. I was misled. The quesadilla was way too greasy. Where is the grease coming from?

Update: this is a new review on the Arizona burrito. This burrito used to be stuffed with lots of tender steak. Now due to the shortage of beef they are charging more for beef, okay. But now even after CHARGING customers more for beef, they still try to cut corners by reducing the amount of beef they put in it and they also chopped it into tiny little pieces to make it look like there are more beef. In the process they over cooked and burned the tiny pieces of steak. Pretty much they were so tiny they burned. They stuffed more onions and potatoes to make up the bulk of the food. Ridiculous. No one should support a restaurant that cut corners like this. No quality food. Done...
