Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lincoln

I placed an order online a few days ago. As I was about to go pick it up I got a call stating they were out of what I ordered. That was not a huge deal, so I just changed my order and then went to get it when I was told it would be ready. That is when the shitshow began. When I got there I sat in the dining room listening to employees scream at each other about what needed to be done. 10 minutes after I paid for my food I asked some kid at the counter when it would be ready. Without looking up he said "It's busy" 20 minutes later someone asked me what I was waiting for. I told them, and lo and behold nobody had any clue what I was talking about. After some more yelling at each other they decided my food was made incorrectly, and would need to be made again. At this point it is just sheer curiosity that I decide to wait for this. Because honestly you cannot get this kind of entertainment just anywhere. So this total dumpster fire of a restaurant starts to make my food...... again.... At this point I am about an hour into this, and am quite hungry. So 25 minutes later I am told my food is ready. When they are getting my food, someone I assume is the leader says "what is this order in the warmer for?" Another person thinks it is absolutely hilarious that it was my order. The wings that were on top of this old order were then just set on top of mine and handed to me. I then gave my debit card back to the jack wagon at the counter who told me I already paid. I let him know that he needed to refund my money. He gave me a stupid ass grin and said " you got your food" he then walked away. If you want to eat. Don't go here.... ever. A little confused. I attempted to order online and an error came up saying the store didn't accept my order. I called in and spoke to a very polite women (obviously from an off-site source) stating that I didn't meet the minimal amount of $11.99 for delivery. I ended up adding multiple sauces to meet that requirement. After 30 mins my pizza was delivered (lukewarm) with my original order of a large thin crust pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni, one garlic sauce, ultimate ranch and a marinara. I called back into the location which was again answered by an off-site source and they transferred me directly to the store after sharing what happened. I then spoke to a person named Josh, who when asked stated he was a "Shift Manager". I told him what was going on and if I would be charged for both pizzas. He said "You will definitely be charged for both pizzas". Zero apologies. And then there was this awkward silence. I said "Ok, well can I get one of those charges reversed?" He said he would let the driver know and yes it will be reversed within 2-3 business days. I did not believe him, so I asked him for some kind of confirmation that this would happen and he said there is none. Speaking of confirmation, I never received one from both orders. I think I'll pass on Pizza Hut for the time being. At least...

They told me my food would be delivered at 510 I waited till 530 called some kid named Dillon answered had a horrible attitude was unremarkably rude on the phone I asked where my food was he said it’s waiting for the driver and would be the next delivery to go! I then asked why even give a delivery time if things weren’t on schedule he said who knows! I asked for the manager and he said wait so I did the managers got on the phone after 7 minutes and said my food was ready and next In line as well! I wasn’t trying to wait so I asked if I couldn’t pick it up and she said yes funny thing is the whole time they told me it was done and ready but when I got to the store to pick my food up 5 minutes later it hadn’t even come out the oven yet so i guess they just train there employees to lie and deceive us without any care for anyone but themselves! Safe to say won’t be ordering Pizza Hut anytime soon again disgusted with the service! I would give no starts if I could how sad! Didn’t get my food until almost 6! And paid full price!
