Tonight I ordered food from the app. The website states you are open until 11. I ordered shortly after 10, the app let me order food. My card was charged. I drove to the restaurant. All of the lights were off but I did see people. So pulled up to stall 8 and checked in. I waited for a few minutes and then a girl came out walked half way to my vehicle, yelled that they were closed and that I could come back tomorrow for the food. I told her that I didn't want my food tomorrow and I wanted my money back. The girl replied, as she was walking back to the store, that I would have to get my money back through the app. I then asked her if she was the manager, she stated that she wasn't. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager came out, she states that the close at 10, she is unsure why they app let me order the food and that I would have to wait until tomorrow to get the refund. By this time, another car pulled up who had also ordered food off the app. The employees did not handle the situation well at all.    Read moreWould give zero (0) stars if i could. Ordered ahead in the app as my fiance and I wanted to get food on my lunch brake. Could not check in as the only open stall was frozen so we used the order button to tell them we were there. Only to be completely forgotten about until our friend who ordered at another stall told them we were still waiting. What should have been maybe 10min took 25min to get food. The food was then given to us wrong, cold, stale, watered down, and melted. The sandwich was not prepared as ordered. Fried items were cold and stale. The tots were forgotten entirely. The drinks were watered down as the ice was half melted when we got them. The blast was also 1/4 melted. Could not wait the half hour if were were to try and get it fixed as I had to be back at work. This is not the first time getting cold and stale fried items from this location but is the worst service ever.

I accidentally ordered footlong chili dogs for my grandkids and realized it when my order was read back as I paid. I was hungry and my brain wasn't working properly and instead of just taking the long dogs I got stuck on how that wasn't what I ordered. The crew didn't argue didn't fuss and quickly gave me what I ordered. They also went outside and checked on the poor ppl waiting behind me and got them moving. Everyone was polite and professional and motivated to do a good job. I was impressed and hope you let them know how much the quality of their work is appreciated.
