Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln

First, the sandwiches were very tasty and made according to our wishes...thanks Ian. Second, Ian was polite, professional and accommodating. And now, thirdly, the girl, Cassandra. She was rude, condescending and rolled her eyes when she was taking our order. When we asked questions about certain sandwiches, all of our questions were answered with guestures, shies and eye rolls...as if she was too good or too busy for us, her customers. Because of her rudeness and body language, we are not sure we will come back to this location. And that's too bad. This location is very clean and the other employees...like Ian...are deserving of our patronage. She was the rudest customer service employee we have ever witnessed in any...

Paid almost 20 bucks for a steak and cheese footlong and a pizza. The pizza was ok but the employee, Andrew, was clueless when I asked for sausage (i.e. breakfast sausage). Then he said, you mean salami? Ok ok... My steak and cheese, had less than 20 tiny shreds of their Cheddar Jack and was non existing after toasting. I wish I could post a picture of how small this sandwich was for 10 dollars. Pathetic. If the GM would like to correct this problem I'd be willing to visit my neighborhood Subway. I've the pictures to show how tiny the steak and cheese less is at this...

Was in to get a sandwich. Older gal who was making my sandwich started coughing. Apologized and said sorry its allergies. Then started sneezing. Tried covering it with her arm but had the meat in her hand. Watched as she sneezed more and didnt cover it. Ordinarily wouldnt think much of it, but with covid going on it bothered me. I paid for the sandwich and after I left and thought about it I threw the sandwich in the trash. Not worth...
