QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Lincoln

Here we go again 4th review I've changed, I promised to bump the score up to a 5 once I got 2 correct orders in a row and instead I got back to back mistakes. We ordered for our family again and again part of our order was missing. The thing that gets me is the 1st item missing was the 1st thing on the list. So again I had to go back and get the rest of our food all the while mine was left at home getting cold. The manager was a sweet young girl, she was trying her best to make it right, told me I can submit a complaint and get free food. I don't want free food, I want correct food. I don't want to make an extra trip back to complete my order, a free entrée isn't worth my gas back over there. The people working were nice, the store was clean I just want to get a correct order, this has been happening so often that it blows my mind. I went drive-thru on this visit so I can't rate the atmosphere. The only item I ordered was a burrito bowl. The food was excellent but the bowl that I ordered had the wrong protein. The person taking my order asked me twice what protein I wanted and I very clearly stated "adobo chicken". Somehow I ended up with steak. The receipt even said steak. I'm not sure what happened there but everything else was correct. It was a big disappointment because I was really looking forward to the chicken and I didn't discover this until I drove 20 mi home. It wasn't like I could come back and get it fixed. I don't eat much red meat. It tasted good but again I didn't get what I ordered.
