My husband had past good meals here and celebrating his birthday we decided to go here cause we didn't want to make the drive to hooters in la vista big mistake first we had to wait 30 mins fine Saturday night get that but the freckled lemonade has a taste of tap water yuck the burgers bacon looked under cooked and there burgers tasted blan I needed to add salt pepper and there blue cheese sauce because it had no flavor, Carmel apple pie shake to go was good but they didn't put drizzle on top as in advertised pics im a huge cake person ordered there freckled lemonade cake to go and terrible for 8.99 what a rip off could have got a whole lemon cake at supersaver for that price better quality and flavor kid chocolate milk wasn't that much chocolate syrup in it. My sons bottom reds cheese burger bun was burnt and burger over cooked the Mai Tai had lemonade in it a real Mai Tai dosen't have lemonade in it and our Waiter took 20 mins to come take our money to pay and then another 15 for our change took about 20 mins for more fries almost thought they forgot also I ordered onion rings for my side asked someone if u get free refills they didn't know so they went to ask a manager they said no on there website it says u can upgrade to a premium side and free refills I asked our waiter Broderick then when he finally came to check on us is onions rings considered a premium side and he said yes then I explained and he said u don't get refills on onion rings side false advertising note we understand longer wait when building was packed but building was clearing out fast and our waiter seemed more slower no excuse when not many customers around so ridiculous and we will not be returning and should have took our money elsewhere runzas food is better quality better customer service and would have been less than half our bill to get garbage Quality, garbage customer service and pay more very disappointed and the women bathroom was filthy and there sink water is ice cold my hands were cold till we finally were able to leave like 40 mins later and got in our...

Walked in and the hostess tells us 45 minutes to an hour to be seated, no big deal, we can wait. Then another couple comes in and gets told 1 hour to 1:30 wait. Kinda got the impression they didn't want to seat more people, especially since we only waited 30 minutes.

We told the hostess we had a baby and would need a baby chair, so they seat us in an elevated booth (4+ people sized) that obviously won't hold a baby chair, despite multiple open smaller tables (we are two people and a baby). So we held the baby for our meal, which isn't that big of a deal, but doesn't make much sense when you have a bunch of people waiting for tables.

The waitress took our order and we got mac n cheese for our baby son. She brings out burgers and drinks, but no mac. I ask about the mac after 10 minutes and she says it'll be right out. Ten minutes later I ask again and she rolls her eyes and says she's busy and it'll out soon.

This whole time she's talking with other staff and stacking menus and whatnot. She just had no interest in providing hospitality, and we aren't demanding people. Never had our drinks refilled, treated poorly, it was a disappointing experience and we won't be back. Especially after listening to our waitress audibly complaining to her co-workers about being "so tired" while they replied that she had no reason to complain since they worked the full day and she only had an evening shift.

I came with my kiddo. Ethan was my waiter on 08/26/2022. I had ordered our drinks, and crayons for my kid. Ethan then had a different table get sat in his section. I understand chit chatting with guests is part of the job to earn tips, but we waited 10 minutes for our drinks.. and then after he was done with the other guests he came back to our table and asked if we were ready to order and we were (still no drinks). Afterwards a different waitress (maybe a busser) came by asked if I ordered certain alcoholic drinks, which I did not. It was for the other guests Ethan had spent 15 minutes talking to. The waitress later came back with one drink. Mine. Not for my daughter (not her fault and I do not blame her). I waited another 10 minutes and my kid still had no drink. I bothered the nice waitress who was walking around and she got a drink for my kid. I think Ethan had walked by maybe 4 times at this point and had not checked on our table (or even remembered to bring the other drink). I am not one to write reviews, but this man did a very poor service and ignored us completely for other clients. I ended up giving part of the tip to the nice lady walking around getting drinks.. At the time of finishing typing this review it has been 30 minutes since we had placed our order with Ethan and we are still waiting on our food This is after we got served and had our dinner.
