Let me start off by thanking the staff for being such an amazing and helping and understanding staff. I recently had a service dog placed with me and am still working on the bond and working with my dog Boots. I called and talked to Margie and asked if I could order my appetizer early and I was going to get my food Togo and Margie said it would only take a couple minutes so they would make them fresh when I got there and they would be done by the time I got done in the grill line. Well I showed up and Margie and the Manager Brad had me a table and everything ready for me as soon as I walked in. They had all my Togo stuff waiting for me so it was easier for me. Margie had me a bowl ready as soon as I walked and everything ready. Brad asked if I had ever done the dine in or Togo thing there and I told him I had done the dine in but never the Togo so Brad explained it to me. I went through the line and walked back over to the table they had me rice and my crab Rangoon’s and sauces I asked for waiting for me. I am just blown away on how much these two and the rest of the staff were compassionate and how much they cared and helped me. I’m a disabled vet with a service dog and took care of everything for me. They also made it very clear and thanked me for my service and everything I’ve done. Brad also reassured me that Boots and I are more then welcome anytime we want and they will always be there for me if I need anything.
I will come back for dinner everytime I’m in town either for business or if I’m ever here with my family I will bring them with me.
Thank you...
Read moreMy wife & I stumbled on this place years ago. It's been thru a few management, & crew changes thru out that time, but over all our visits have been well, & get treated good as well too. We love coming here & enjoying a good meal. Some offerings may not be standard, but all one has to do is ask, & it'll be fixed to your liking. My wife has food allergies that once sent her to the hospital for 5 hours. We liked Huhot, so we returned, but we asked them if they knew of base ingredients they used in their sauces, mentioning our previous visit. At first they weren't sure but later came back & gave us a list, & we all talked about it. We narrowed it down to one possibly two of the culprits sauces we thought might be cauing the problems. So that plus clearing/cleaning a spot on the grill seems to done the trick. We've never had a problem since. As far as food, & grill area itself, the only issues we've had on occasion, was the freshness of the food choices, which they usually fix. The other one is the bowls are too small for a full size meal. Usually we have to get 2 bowls, & the contents usually ends up spilling out. The only other option is making a second trip to the bar, which just a little inconvenient. Probably the coolest thing to know, which I would of never guest, is that HuHot was founded in Missoula Montana, a town I have frequently visited when I was a kid, & still occasionally...

On Saturday May 18th my family and i came to this HuHot. The hostess insisted on sitting my wife, dad, and 2 children in the back, and as close as possible to the restroom despite it being completely empty (we saw about 2 or 3 tables were occupied).
I wish I would’ve taken a picture. Completely empty, but we’re told we need to sit right next to the restroom because it’s a “fire hazard” to sit anywhere else in the empty restaurant.
We immediately left. My mother in law says that it’s probably racism and that i should file a complaint. I won’t do that, but i will leave this review.
Don’t go here.
Our waitress was very kind. The two hostesses were weird as hell. With it being empty on a Saturday it almost surely won’t be in business very long. RIP HuHot on...
