The Upside Bar &Lounge — Restaurant in Lincoln

Went to eat dinner using B Bargain purchased. i received my bill and gave them my certificate. They gave me change for an amount completely different from the bill I had received. When I questioned the amount, I was told that since they were having specials on the meals and I was using a B Bargain, that the discount on the meals no longer applied and recalculated the bill on the regular prices. There is nothing on the certificates that indicate they were not good on any discounts being given. They didn't even tell me they were recalculating the bill. Never go to Upside Bar. Service is absolutely terrible. Walked in at 5:55 to get dinner before their 7:00 bingo event. We were 1 of 2 tables and the other one was already served. The waitress never asked if we wanted food in the 45 minutes we sat there. Yet the couple that came in 20 minutes after us got their drinks and their food before our waitress could get her head out of the Keno instruction manual long enough to ask if we needed anything. Been going there for years and in this last year I have had the worst service. Instead of waiting on customers the waitresses are usually bsing at the bar. Most of the time we have to go up to the bar to ask for drinks. When they do ask if we need anything, they forget the drinks or “accidentally” throw away our food ticket. For a bar that small, two waitresses should be able to handle it. Best experience yet is when the waitress hit on my boyfriend right in front of me! Asking if he’s behaving himself. I’ll never go...
