Every time I go to a scooter it's a battle to get what you want. Unlike Starbucks you look at a picture ask for it and get exactly that. With scooters you have to make sure to say ice coffee or they could make it hot ? Or if you want foam on it gotta ask otherwise they hand you ice coffee with sugar in it. It's like you gotta fight to get sweet cream cold Brew explaining everything like a battle plan ..unlike Starbucks pictures of product pay for what's in the picture. Scooters have bad business leadership. It's a really simple picture of the product that pays for that exact product. Like McDonald's national number one food chain simple and easy ... I was a regular customer at this location. I’ve been going there for at least 2-3 a week but not anymore. Every time my coffee gets messed up. A lot of times it tastes like water or they add whip cream after I requested NOT to. This location is very disappointing and I would NOT recommend going there at all. I’m lactose intolerant and Scooters setting themselves up for a lawsuit. Not by me but I would not be surprised if someone who take actions. This scooters location is NOT about quality. I can't say anything bad about the staff as they are really friendly and quick, however, about 95% of the time, my order is wrong or my large is only about 1/2 to 3/4 full. I understand it's a new place and it takes a little time to get things down, but it has been open for several months now. I will probably continue going to the N. 27th street location in hopes that after some more time, they will start getting it right. I do hope so as I DO like the staff and it is much closer.
