Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

This is the 3rd time in a row and now the last time I will come to this location. Each time, my peanut butter power was just a vanilla shake. One of visits, all 3 people in my car got peanut butter power drinks, they all tasted like just vanilla, no peanut butter at all. This is also the 3rd time I've complained, nobody has reached out previously so I'm not sure why I'm wasting my time with this tbh! To wrap it up... if you want flavor, you have to ask for, and pay for extra. Don't waste your money, go to a different location. I've been hugely disappointed by scooters in the last 2 years. I think I'm ready to try someplace different entirely, even if it is less convenient! I'm sick of wasting...

I consistently go to this location 84th and Adams area and many around Lincoln. This one never gives me a full cup. I also never get the rest of my red bull. The drink is a very rough blend job. I keep coming back because of convenience but it's been like some this many times now that I have lost count. The evening staff acts highly annoyed and rude most nights. When you hand out a drink and it's missing 1/4 of the drink and you still have the nerve to act annoyed at me because I'm not moving out of the drive thru line fast enough for you we have a problem. Got to love Scooter's! Pretty fast service and really good coffee drinks. Whether you like em hot or iced and blended Scooter's has a nice selection. They are a bit pricy but sometimes you just need a fancy coffee or even one with an extra shot of espresso. I always get a large with 3 extra shots when I need to get woke up and energized. And I don't see Scooter's turning into a Liberal stage refusing to write stuff on their cups to avoid offending people... Scooter's a good AMERICAN...
