Do not come here if you’re on a time crunch! Although the employees are all delightful and friendly, the amount of time you’ll have to wait for a sandwich or two is extremely disappointing. I’ve been three times to this location and each time it’s been during slow business. I’ve only ever seen one person behind the counter. They have to stop in the middle of sandwich making to either take a walk in order or phone order so that adds at least a few more minutes each time. I’ve yet to leave in under 25 minutes. You can tell there is poor management and lack of direction. Again, I enjoy the employees I’ve encountered! For the most part seem to be young, high school aged individuals and are all very welcoming! The issues seem to stem from a lack of strong management or lack of presence of management in my opinion. I hope they figure it out soon because the food is delicious but pricey and honestly not worth waiting for. Hire more people or schedule accordingly please. After ordering I waited 25 minutes to get my sandwich. After seeing 5 other people that ordered after me get their food I asked the young man the status of my one sandwich. Turns out the sandwich had been done for who knows how long just sitting in a bag on the counter behind the checkout area. I was waiting in the area where it clearly says pick up and they called my name. I just would like to say that this location is very friendly and the customer service is so awesome. They greet you when you walk in and they say And they greet you when you walk out and the sandwiches are So good!! I took home bread and some cookies and those cookies are so so so so good just out the oven ! The employees And the manager are very friendly and polite and very professional.
