Taco John's — Restaurant in Lincoln

I have been coming here on lunch breaks for nearly 6 years, today is the last time I ever eat here. Had to specify that I wanted a combo meal three times, and then upon returning to work I find that they didn't even give me the boss bowl I asked for they gave me a boss burrito (which are disgusting and I don't enjoy so now I'm going hungry). The guy in the drive through was clearly baked and failed to take/prepare my order in every way possible other than providing the correct drink. I will not be eating taco John's anymore, if I can't even get the food I ordered after specifying exactly what I wanted three times then you don't deserve my business. -sincerely a six year consistent customer who's had it

UPDATE it's been a couple years and I came back, 22 minutes to get my food with only one car ahead of me. Will be excommunicating taco John's for the second and final time. Generally screw you guys for taking my entire lunch break I spend $20 on a meal and have to eat it in 3 minutes so to HEINOUS...

Outside is very clean and well kept. Easy access and parking. Inside immaculate!! Very impressed at how clean and tidy and together inside and out of the restaurant is there and the staff wonderful quick absolutely efficient. We came in just out of the blue and decided we'd order six of the six pack and a pound deal to go and we were in and out of there and definitely less than 15 minutes I would say probably about 12 at the most and that's probably because I took the longest. Trying to decide how many to order. It's been years since I've had Taco John's, turned out to be a good thing it got to be too windy to grill for Father's Day cat something different and it was awesome everything was really good spot on thank you to the crew over at the South Street location in Lincoln Nebraska. I have been to the South St location more than a few times in the last few weeks. And every time I'm greeted by a gentleman in the drive thru. This kid/young man is always polite. He always answers my questions with clear and accurate answers. He has a professional mannerism that is rare in young men in his position. I've worked in restaurants for a long time and have worked many different positions along with some management. And this kid/young man gets it. Very good job. Don't under estimate him just because it's "fast food" or just a "drive through" cake walk. It's a job and one that needs focus and enthusiasm. This guy gets it's right.
