The Green Gateau is a thing in Lincoln. It doesnât look like much from outside; you should sort out parking first, esp if itâs a normal day in Nebraska, 30 mph wind, 10 degrees. There are only ten spots or so, we got a spot on the street for a dollar or two in quartersâlook around, you can find better. The Gateauâs a house, and dining is in one of three or four rooms. I got something that was divine on the menu, and it was great. Our server was so on task, seemed attentive in a very busy environment, but that ended up Fkcing up a few things. He didnât ask me about s âsideâ to this heavenly pancakes with pecans and fruit cream & caramel. I could have gotten fries! Like Parmesan fries you canât get anywhere else. Instead I got s side of fruit, and he charged me an extra four dollars for it. Thatâs not a fortune, and I still left the young man 20% minimum, But things were not perfect. I will have to try it a second time to either rave about it, or really complain :-) I always assume people do the best they can. Great coffee here!...

Courtney did her nails this time. She was nice when she greeted us and took my girl. But, made a disgusted sound as she looked at her feet. Then proceeded to make snide comments as she was cutting her nails "yes, she should not have let your nails get this long...ETC" As she is trimming my dogs nails. She came over and gave her back to me and she was exasperated and rude. The manager of the grooming area was right there but, said nothing. Also the grooming facility was littered with food wrappers, purses, personal items and to go cups. The floor was horrible. I've never had such a bad experience there. I will be passing along my experience and finding elsewhere to go. There used to be a girl named mekayla there she had such a great connection with the animals and you could tell she cared about her job. Not sure where she went...
