Vic's Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

Went Sunday around noon to try the buffett No guidance from staff, only 1 other table there. Food looked like had been under heating lamp to long, everything was hard and tasted old. Was told by the 2 unfriendly servers new pizza would be out soon, after waiting awhile some new puzzas were brought out anc put next to the old. Didnt have biscuits to go with the hours old looking gravy, was told they were out for the day. Had a weird like 4 parfait option as only other item to go with the pizzas. Was most pointless buffett ever been to. Asked to speak to manager, never once got an apology, just excuses that the heat lamps made the pizza that way. Staff was rude and unfriendly, couldve forgiven the terrible food a bit better if they wouldve handled more professional. Best thing was Cherry Coke on fountain but even that the ice cubes to big for he machine, kept getting stuck and had to use spoon to even get out. I very rarely write reviews but this was just terrible experience, period. I could see potential in what was chewable with the pizza but with the with the staff they Had might as well of microwaved Totinos pizza and threw that out. Worst experience in a decade of...

VIC’S NO LONGER HAS ORDER-AT-YOUR-TABLE WAIT SERVICE.

I had no idea of this when I went there tonight. (My last visit was 5 months ago.) As I’ve done for the last 2 years, I parked on the west side, came in the west entrance by the takeout counter, found my own table and sat down. I waited. Nobody looked at me or spoke to me.

Finally after 20+ minutes their guy came over and asked if I was waiting for an order. I told him I was waiting to be served. He apologized and said it’s all order-at-the-counter now, no wait service.

They’ve changed this in the last 2-4 months. Maybe this new setup is obvious to long-time customers who come in the east entrance, but there are no signs and no hint of any of this when you park and come in on the west side.

Regardless, I went to the counter and placed my order. The same guy gave me 1/2 off because of the confusion. He was helpful and I appreciated it. He brought the pizza (Rick’s Reuben) soon after, and everything from there was as...

Have heard good things so decided to order delivery...Husker Vball was on at 6pm so they were probably busier than usual, I do understand that and would have understood this taking A LITTLE longer than normal. Pizza and garlic bread delivery ordered online at 5:14pm, email confirm says delivery estimate around 6:30pm. As I said, Vball on, one hour and 15 minutes is reasonable...

At 7pm, no update, text, email or any contact since the initial order. I call, they tell me they are 'a little backed up but our pizza will be delivered soon.'

Continue waiting - pizza finally delivered at 7:51pm, over 2 1/2 hours from the order time. Pizza was warm-ish but bottom crust was burnt but somehow a bit soggy, toppings were cold and garlic bread was hard and cold.

Maybe eating in the restaurant is different when the food is fresh but if you like warm food and eating in a timely manner, their delivery is NOT...
