Their customer service is lacking.

I've been inside twice at this location (Pioneers & Lucille) and stood at the counter to order and was never greeted nor told that they would help me as soon as they were available. I had to get someone's attention to ask for help before they called someone up. Then while I was being helped the person stopped to go talk to another customer that came after me. I paid and was left at the register waiting for my receipt as the person had left me, again. I had to ask another person for my receipt. I won't be coming back to this location and can only hope the other locations have better customer service.

Busy place, placed order online for the first time. Never gave me a time so I drove in (I live 25 min away) and called. Girl said order hasn’t been accepted yet due to how busy. I had no problem waiting, I felt bad I went in without knowing I thought the website may have failed to load correctly. She was very kind when she came out and apologized. I let her know I had no problem waiting and I understand how the restaurant industry is right now. I would recommend on the site in the confirmation page a disclaimer such as “once your order is accepted by the restaurant you will receive an estimated pickup time.” Versus just a bar that looks like it hasn’t loaded. I am writing this review as a deliverer. They have some issues here. Food and service are amazing, but if you are picking up and delivering: barely hit, mostly miss. Sometimes they don’t use the delivery shelf. It’s on counter, and other orders may be on shelf. I’ve sat and watched them fill upwards of ten orders while I wait for mine. Was way better this summer. Again, they are friendly if you can get their attention.

Six months later and still the same problem. Always a wait. One person does online and everyone else clears out the place. They don’t appear to get things done in advance.. you always wait ten or more minutes and are offered nothing. Very frustrating to...
