By far, the WORST time I have ever been to Arbys was tonight. Little background, I have lived in this area for over 13 years, and have gone there constantly. Not anymore. Generally you have to check your order every time you leave.
Tonight I had to wait OVER 15 minutes in the drive thru. 5+ minutes of it sitting there WAITING for someone to answer at the speaker, and yes, I said Hello multiple times. Apparently the girl who was had the drive-thru headset was overdue to leave, and was trying to wait it out is my guess, because the drive-thru and the inside was completely dead just about.
NEXT ISSUE, my mother is very specific, she cannot have seeds on her buns. I ordered a ham and cheese, and the lady didn't specify that. Besides that, everything in my order was just to as I asked, and it wasn't really a hard order either.
NEXT ISSUE, I sat at the window for at least 5 minutes before someone finally came over to ask if I had been helped, even after multiple employees (including the one who took my order) had been right by the window and hadn't even asked me anything, even though they knew I was there. The guy was nice, the rest, not so much. Then I sat another 5 minutes just waiting for the kitchen to make a simple Loaded Italian. Not that hard of an issue, yet I heard f bombs coming from the back because they were being rushed because the guy was trying to get me out of there as fast as possible. I didn't see no management anywhere, and if they were, they definitely weren't being accountable for their staff or actions.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I placed an online order for the shelf pick up today just before 5 pm. When we got there to pick it up, we were first told by the manager by the name of Beth that they would not be able to remove the peppers and onions from the new Philly steak sand which because it was pre-mixed, to which we asked why it was available as an option on the app and she then told us it just takes longer. We then insisted that we wanted the sand which the way we ordered it, and she agreed to fix it. When we got our food the sand which in question was a huge mess, it was obvious that someone had picked the peppers and onions off of it, I’m including a picture of the sand which in my review. As if that wasn’t bad enough when we where looking for a place to sit and eat our food we discovered that the lobby was a mess, including sauce packets and garbage under the tables, as well as, leftover crumbs, napkins and drinks left on the tables. When we went to leave I noticed a younger boy who was one of the kitchen employees passing a vape to one of the other customers in the middle of the lobby right in front of the counter. Read moreWe were in line to order at this Arby's in Lincolnton NC and I honestly got sticker shock at the prices. We promptly left without ordering once we totaled up what it was going to cost our family of four to eat at Arby's. We then took a short drive the the Chili's in Hickory NC and all four of us ate at Chili's including tip for less money than it was going to cost us at Arby's. These fast food chains are out of control! This is nothing but straight greed from the ones who make the financial decisions with Arby's and it's sad because I truly do like Arby's. Mark my words Arby's along with a few other similarly priced fast food restaurants will not survive with prices like this, they need to do something about their prices. Chili's for the win!!!!!
