Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Lincolnton

I love Jersey Mike's and have ordered in the last two states we've lived in from their App. Today I ordered a giant number 9 (fav) on wheat with double meat, bacon, and cheese... pepper relish, picked, you get the idea I checked all the boxes. I bought and my GF picked it up she got a tuna wrap with same heavy toppings. Her sandwich was labeled with her name and mine was labeled, "the lady picking this up :)" because she is 5 foot 3 and the sandwich was maxed out she got a giggle out of it. Her sandwich was great. What I received was a number 9 with no bacon and certainly no toppings of any kind but lettuce tomato and I think maybe oregano... not even oil or vinegar. I check that last one cause it looked wet but the tomatoes seeped out. Normally, I order from the one in hickory. After today, I regret not going to the one in hickory. I always get the same thing (buffalo cheesesteak in a bowl with extra meat, and cheese. I also asked for extra sauce on this instance) so I know how it's supposed to look. The portion of meat was definitely not even enough for a regular bowl, let alone extra meat. I pay extra for these things. Normally I have enough left over for a snack later. I was left feeling hungry after finishing the bowl. I order this a few times a month. I have never seen such a small amount of meat in a bowl. I even asked the nice girl at the register if it had extra meat. She hunted down the guy that made it and he said he put extra meat and sauce on it. If that's extra, its not worth coming back. I wasted money on this meal and it left a rotten taste...

I visited the location on 2-14-2020! About 5:28 pm. First n foremost customer service was awesome.Now here goes the issued.I order my favorite #43 regular size and # 13 regular ok .On #43 I order everything that comes with it. I ask for extra chipotle mayo,lettuce , tomatoes, banana peppers. #13 was ok it was made as just as I order only thing about that the bun was stale I did as for the freshest bun they had the female that was operating the saw stated to me this was the freshest bun ok nothing else was said.
